Cassana has a Music Industry Management Degree from the University of Hertfordshire which she successfully gained in 2019 whilst running a business and having a busy family life with three children. Cassana showed a natural affinity for business and was noted as having excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills throughout.
Cassana has spent the past 10 years building her performing arts academy in Hertfordshire. The academy provides a wide range of dance, performing arts and music lessons for children aged 3 upwards and has a fantastic reputation within the community. The school now runs with around 130 students attending and Cassana also teaches in schools in local areas.
In 2021, Cassana, along with her mother and sister, opened CMG Arts. CMG Arts is a beautiful performing arts centre in Ware, Hertfordshire and is home to 4 dance studios, 2 music rooms, a reception area, changing space, toilets and a beautiful in-house cafe called “The Music Cafe”. The Cafe is also run by Cassana and her husband.
